Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, not including weekends & holidays. Your order begins processing 24 hours after your payment is received, and the processing stage can take up to 7 business days, depending on product availability. After your order is processed, your order is packaged, shipped, and delivered with FedEx,DHL, 

or UPS.

Please note a signature is required upon delivery.

    We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. Please use the tracking number provided to track all packages online. Please note: estimated delivery time apply to the items in stock. We do not ship to P.O.Boxes.

Return Policy

Changed your mind?

ALL SALES FINAL!

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns if you change your mind after ordering from our company. You will have a 15 min grace period to cancel your order after placing it. After 15 mins your order will begin processing and you will not be able to cancel your order!

If you insist on us cancelling your order after the 15 min grace period, there will be a $50 restock fee deducted from the amount paid!

Received damaged products? Package lost?

We thoroughly inspect products during the processing stage. If you notice that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier. All orders placed on our website include insurance coverage; you have the right to file a claim with FedEx for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

Received package late?

We do not offer returns on late packages. 

However, if you are not satisfied with your order please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your package. If we do not receive an email within 24 hours, we have deem the product(s) as successfully delivered, usable, and of perfect quality.

We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances. All sales are final.
